The Scouts will be going to the celebration freedom in Coweta on Saturday, June 26th at 6pm- 8:30pm. The boys need to wear scout t-shirts ( such as pack shirt, dad and lad, mom and me or day camp t-shirt). The boys will have tattoos and flag sticker to hand out to recruit scouts and they will have a other activities set up for recruitment.
June 30th - Weds., have boys there at 7pm and ceremony begins at 7:30pm. The scouts will do the Flag ceremony at the First Baptist Church in Coweta in Class "A" uniforms. There will be free food and Jupiter jumps after the flag ceremony.
Drillers night money due to Jeff Wilson by July 7th. Drillers night is July 16-17.
July 15 at 7pm Committee Meeting at Dodson's House. It will be an outdoor meeting bring a bag chair. Jeff is making cobber yum!
* Come up with three ideas for fall service project to present at next committee meeting
Aug. 7th possible pack activity to the Air and Space Muesum.
Aug 19th - Fall rally at NW elementary @ 6:30.
Discussed that committee members pay $10 each to join the Chamber of Commerce. The Fall Festival booth to be paid with pack funds.
